How Dropshipping Works
You list the products. Your customer buys from you. We pick, pack and deliver to their door, white labelled, and send you the tracking. You never touch the stock.
Step by step
- Apply for a trade account. We check you are a genuine retailer and approve you, usually within one working day.
- Take the product data. You get a feed of the full catalogue — titles, structured specifications, images, retail prices, your trade price and live stock. CSV or XML, refreshed hourly.
- List on your own site. Price where you like at or above our stated retail price. Your margin is shown against every product once you are signed in.
- Your customer orders from you. You place that order on the trade portal with their delivery address, and your own PO reference if you use one.
- We despatch, white labelled. The order is picked in St Helens and goes out to your customer with nothing of ours on it.
- You get the tracking. A despatch notification comes back with the carrier and consignment number, so you can update your customer before they have to ask.
What you are responsible for
You own the customer. You take the payment, you handle the first line of service, and the sale is between you and them. We supply you; we do not contact your customer except where it is needed to make a delivery happen.
What we are responsible for
Stock accuracy, pick accuracy, despatch within the stated lead time, and the condition of the goods on arrival. If we get it wrong, we fix it — see returns and after-sales.
Stock you can trust
The feed carries live stock, not a nightly snapshot, and it runs with a floor built in — we hold a buffer back rather than letting the last few units be sold by five partners at once. Overselling costs you your own account metrics, and that is a worse outcome for you than a line showing out of stock for a week.
No minimums
No minimum order value, and no minimum per SKU. One dining set is a normal order.
