Two to three working days to your customer’s door, anywhere in mainland UK, included in your trade price.

Lead time

Orders placed on a working day before our cut-off are picked the same day and delivered within 2–3 working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are picked the next working day.

The surcharge is shown at checkout against the delivery postcode, so there is never a bill afterwards you did not expect.

White labelled, every time

All orders leave us white labelled. There is no Outdoor Living or Madefor.living branding on the packaging or the paperwork, and no marketing material in the box. As far as your customer is concerned, the delivery came from you.

Tracking

When an order is despatched you get a notification carrying the carrier and the consignment number. It appears on your dashboard and is pushed to your feed, so you can tell your customer before they chase you.

Large items

Garden furniture is heavy and most sets travel as more than one carton. The number of cartons is listed on every product page, which matters if your customer lives somewhere with difficult access — it is worth checking before you promise a delivery day.

If a delivery fails

If the carrier cannot deliver, we will tell you and rebook. If your customer has given an address that cannot take a pallet or a two-man delivery, tell us as early as you can and we will work out the best option rather than letting it bounce.
