Retail prices are public. Your cost is not. Sign in and both appear, in pounds, against every line.
How the price works
The same trade price list for every approved partner from the first order. You do not have to spend a certain amount to be treated properly.
Your own pricing
We publish a recommended retail price because it is genuinely useful — it is what the range actually achieves across our own channels and nine major retailers, which is information you would otherwise have to guess at. It is a recommendation and nothing more.
Price above it, at it or below it. We do not set a floor under your prices and we will not ask you to hold one. Your margin, your market, your call.
What we would say, having watched a lot of partners do this: competing on price is the one game where the feed gives you no advantage at all, because every other partner has the same file. The ones who do well change the photography and the product names and compete on something else.
Delivery and payment
UK mainland delivery is included in your trade price. Northern Ireland and some remote parts of Scotland carry an additional £20. Everywhere else is included.
It is worth knowing before you quote a customer in Inverness, which is the only reason it is on this page rather than buried in the terms.
Orders are paid before despatch, by card or bank transfer.
If your purchasing process needs a purchase order and an invoice rather than a card payment, that is not a problem and it does not need a credit account: raise your PO, we issue a proforma invoice, you pay it by BACS through your normal process, and we despatch. There is a PO number field on every order.
Credit terms are available by agreement for larger partners — ring us and ask.
Seeing the prices
Trade prices never show to a guest. Not behind a toggle, not in a feed URL somebody forwarded, not to a search engine. They appear when an approved partner signs in, and they disappear again when that account is revoked.
That is not an obstacle we put in your way — it is the thing protecting your margin from the person who would otherwise undercut you with our own price list in their hand.
Apply for a trade account and a person will look at it, usually inside two working days.
