This line ships on a two-man service, — cartons, — kg gross. We deliver direct to your customer with nothing in or on the box carrying our name.

Tracking and carrier come back to your dashboard the moment the consignment leaves St Helens, so you can tell your customer before they ask.

Report a fault or a damaged delivery from the order in your dashboard within 48 hours of delivery. We handle the collection and the replacement — your customer deals with you, not us.
