Care information

As with all outdoor timber furniture, natural variations in colour, grain and texture should be expected. These characteristics are part of the wood’s natural appearance and make every swing slightly different.

To help maintain the finish, clean the timber regularly and apply a suitable outdoor wood treatment when required. Cushions and canopies should be stored somewhere clean and dry when they are not being used.

Remove the canopy during strong winds, heavy rain and winter weather. This helps prevent damage and stops rainwater from collecting on the fabric.

Delivery information

The Hawthorne is delivered fully assembled, so please ensure there is suitable access to the intended location before ordering. Check gates, pathways and side access carefully against the complete product dimensions.

Delivery is to an accessible outdoor location. Restricted access, steps and unusually narrow pathways should be reported before delivery is arranged.

Change-of-mind returns are your commercial decision with your customer. We accept the goods back unused and in the original packaging.
